1. Introduction
Welcome to Move Fast, operated by Matoshree Courier Service. By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided
Move Fast allows users to book deliveries, track shipments, and use a wallet system for payments. Our services cover same-day delivery, domestic, and international courier services.

3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate personal details while registering.
The account owner is responsible for all activities conducted under their account.
Move Fast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

4. Wallet System
Users can recharge their Move Fast wallet to make payments for courier bookings.
Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Booking and Delivery
Deliveries will be made as per the booking details provided by the user.
Same-day delivery is available for COD orders at no extra charge only for local shipments.
Users must ensure accurate address and package details to avoid delivery failures.

6. Insurance and Liability
Move Fast provides insurance coverage of up to ₹50,000 for same-day deliveries, valid for 15-20 days.
The company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, incorrect addresses, or recipient unavailability.
For domestic shipments, insurance coverage is valid for 15-20 days only if the customer has provided a proper invoice. In case of lost or damaged parcels, claims must be filed within this period.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 48 hours.
Move Fast reserves the right to deny refunds for fraudulent activities.

8. User Obligations
Users must ensure the accuracy of their booking details and comply with all applicable laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their shipments do not contain prohibited items.

9. Prohibited Items
Move Fast does not allow the shipment of hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, or items restricted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Move Fast services shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per applicable laws.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

12. vModification of Terms
Matoshree Courier Service may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of any updates.

13. Privacy Policy
By using Move Fast, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of personal data.
We collect personal details such as names, addresses, and payment information for order fulfillment.
User data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for service fulfillment.
Users have the right to request data deletion or modification.
